My name is Jeff Marsh and I am currently an engineering manager for Quicken. At Quicken, I manage a group of developers and project managers to manage quicken.com, simplifimoney.com and the ecommerce engine that powers our online sales.

I have been an ecommerce developer for many years. I originally started off in "back-end" development but quickly moved to front end because of my background in graphic design.

I gravitated to ecommerce because I have a fascination with cyber-security and encryption. While I don't claim to be an expert in either one, I am fascinated by both and lean towards projects that involve cyber-security and/or encryption.

In my free time, I am very active with my son's cub scout pack (both a leader and the treasurer), I also volunteer at his school teaching groups of kids to code and "hack" websites. The goal is to make kids understand how to be safer online.
